Ingredients

Each tablets contains: Spirulina platensis (Blue-green algae) [spray dried powder] 300 mg The other ingredients are anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, inulin, and magnesium stearate.

Directions 

Adults and children 6 years and older: Build up the dose gradually. Take one (1) tablet on the first day, two (2) tablets on the second day, etc. up to six (6) tablets per day. Take with a glass of water before meals. The daily dose may be taken at once or in divided doses. A dosage of 10 tablets daily may be taken in sports people or those with active lifestyles
